Spend a full day immersing yourself in the healing practices and wisdom teachings of yoga. Lesley will guide you on a journey back home to yourself using dharma, meditation and asana practice.

10am- 4pm

10am - 11am will be Live Online Dharma and Intro with Lesley

11- 11:30 break

11:30am - Those taking in-person will meet at Metta Yoga San Rafael

11:30 - 1:30 Vinyasa Practice & Techniques to Naturally Calm the Nervous system

1:30 - 2:15 pm Guided Meditation -& Exploration: How Mindfulness Wakes Us From The Grip of Fear

2:15 - 3:15 pm - Asana Lab - Freeing the Heart & Awareness of Fear In The Body

3-15 - 3:30 pm Break

3:30- 4pm - Discussion & Q &A with Lesley. Closing Practice.

*Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring a journal of some sort.

** If you cannot make the workshop live or online, you can register and receive a recording of the workshop to take on your own at any time. Please specify that when you register.
