100 hr Yoga Teacher Immersion with Lesley Desaulniers starts June 10!

100 hr teacher immersion with Lesley and guest faculty. You will learn hands on adjustments, advanced sequencing, Sanskrit alphabet (Yes! You will learn to read Devanagari!), simple chants on the harmonium, how to give a dharma talk, how to teach basics and private lessons, prenatal work, lots of vinyasa 2/3 practice teaching and advanced prop work.
Weekends of June 10, 17, July 22, 29, August 12th
Fridays: 6pm - 9pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 8am - 4:30pm

For a graduation celebration all attendees will go on a sunset cruise yacht adventure.
Sessions will be held in what was 'the pit' of the Record Plant where Prince, Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Wonder recorded their most famous albums! The room is now a beautiful relaxation lounge and the walls are still drenched with creative energy from the work done in there over the years! It's a great place to be.
